I was hired in July 2025 as manager for training & curriculum for the Solutions Journalism Network. I am an accredited solutions journalism trainer and a trainer of trainers. I’ve created and taught graduate and undergraduate solutions journalism courses at Columbia College Chicago; trained news organizations to practice solutions journalism; trained faculty to teach solutions journalism; and presented on solutions journalism at numerous conferences.
